The faces behind Momaste Retreat:

Lilly Coye and Morgan Tishman started local momaste retreats in 2020 after a year of uncertainty, chaos, and forgotten self-care

routines. Creating an easy to-get-to and no-fuss space for moms to refresh, recharge, and reconnect with themselves and

community is their purpose. Lilly Coye is a member of the International Coaching Federation. With an EdD in educational leadership and a decade of experience coaching college students through important life transitions. She is a wife and mother of two little boys. In her free time she enjoys being outside and active.

Morgan Tishman is a nationally certified yoga instructor and holds additional certifications in Yoga and Pilates for children with special needs. Self-Care routines and rituals have become an integral part of Morgan’s

toolbox. She is passionate about sharing her resources and love for self-care with others in order to help provide mother’s with the knowledge and strategies they need to promote balance, health, and growth within their own families. By day, she is a speech language pathologist and has specialized in pediatric language development and pediatric feeding difficulties since graduating with her Master's degree from the University of South Florida in 2008. She is the co-owner of KC infant feeding. In addition, Morgan has a passion for incorporating movement into her therapies and focuses on improving the brain/body connection at all ages.
