About the event
Please join Dr. Janet Lee, DACM, RYT, for this four-week program designed for women who are thinking about getting pregnant, trying to conceive naturally or using IUI/IVF. Consisting of four two-hour workshops, the series includes a weekly yoga class as well as lecture and discussion about various strategies to help enhance fertility, including nutrition, self-massage, meditation and more.
Investment: $18 per class or $60 for the series
Dates: 6–8 pm on 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22
Location: Centered Spirit @ 8131 Wornall Rd. in Waldo (KCMO)
