Are you a mindfulness practitioner seeking to be in community with other like-minded individuals? Or perhaps curious about mindfulness and seeking to dip your toes a bit? If you answered yes to either of these questions, consider joining us this Saturday for some meditation, mindful tea drinking, and community discussion.
