April Mindful CommuniTEA

Are you a mindfulness practitioner seeking to be in community with other like-minded individuals? Or perhaps curious about mindfulness and seeking to dip your toes a bit? If you answered yes to either of these questions, consider joining us Sunday, March 19th, for some meditation, mindful tea drinking, and community discussion.

Emilie's Tea Room will provide a couple of tea selections from their new tea line developed specifically for meditation.
