Are you a mindfulness practitioner seeking to be in community with other like-minded individuals? Or perhaps curious about mindfulness and seeking to dip your toes a bit? If you answered yes to either of these questions, consider joining us this Saturday for some meditation, mindful tea drinking, and community discussion.

Emilie's Tea Room will provide tea from their new tea line developed specifically for meditation.
