Restorative Yoga with Lindsay

About the Event
Lindsay’s 60 min. gentle, yin yoga class will meet weekly at least until the end of the year. We will focus on self care; breathing, body awareness and quieting the mind through meditation. Yin yoga is perfect for releasing deeply stored tension in the connective tissue and muscles of the body by melting into poses for at least 3-5 min. You will come out of this class feeing refreshed, restored and centered.
Students may bring their own mat or use one at the center. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early and sign up here class is limited to 15 students so please sign up. I am asking for a minimum donation of $10 per class - you may bring cash or check or pay via Venmo to @Lindsay-Ridder
