About the Event
This drop-in community group offers people a place to come together to practice mindfulness-based meditation, share wisdom and strengthen their sense of belonging in the world.
Each offering provides time for guided and silent meditation, mindful movement and group discussion.
No previous meditation experience required.
Mindful Movement & Meditation Second & Fourth Thursday of the month 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.
This class is facilitated by Amy Zoe Schonhoff, founder of Mindfulness in the Heartland and a qualified teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
