About the Event
Retreats provide mindfulness practitioners with the opportunity to step away from the usual demands of everyday life and into a safe and supportive environment for deepening practice.
Mindfulness-based retreats include meditation instruction, guided meditation and movement practices, mindful eating, as well as, sessions of contemplation and teachings to cultivate greater understanding of the practices and underlying principles of mindfulness.
This half-day retreat includes:
- periods of guided and silent meditation
- mindful movement
- mindful eating and tea drinking
- contemplative writing practice
Tea will be provided by Emilie’s French Teas
